On May 3, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Artsakh Sergey Ghazaryan received ARF Dashnakcutyun Bureau representative, Chairman of the ARF Hay Dat Central Council Hakob Ter-Khachaturyan, ARF Bureau member, Head of the ARF Hay Dat Central Office Kiro Manoyan, and Special Programs Manager of the ARF Hay Dat Central Office Gevorg Ghukasyan.

The interlocutors discussed the difficult situation created as a result of the complete blockade of Artsakh by Azerbaijan, the necessary steps to overcome it, and the main directions of further cooperation.
