On May 3, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Artsakh Sergey Ghazaryan received co-founder of the Lemkin Genocide Prevention Institute, lawyer Irene Victoria Massimino and representatives of the Armenian community of Argentina Luciana Minasyan and Eduardo Kostanyan.

During the meeting, the interlocutors discussed issues related to the humanitarian crisis caused by Azerbaijan's blockade of Artsakh.
