Azerbaijan undermined the monitoring
The scheduled-for-December 15, 2009 monitoring of the south-east section of the Nagorno Karabakh and Azerbaijani armed forces’ contact-line to be implemented by the OSCE Mission was stopped, due to a single submachine gun shot towards the group implementing the monitoring from the positions of the NKR Defense Army.

On December 3, in accordance with the earlier achieved agreement with the NKR authorities the OSCE mission conducted а regular monitoring of the line of contact of Nagorno Karabakh and Azerbaijani Armed Forces in the northern direction of Talish settlement of Martakert region, NKR.

THE NKR MFA HAS FORWARDED THE TEXT OF THE NKR PARLIAMENT’S STATEMENT TO THE OSCE SECRETARIAT
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Nagorno Karabakh Republic has forwarded the text of the November 25, 2009 statement of the NKR National Assembly to the OSCE Secretariat for distributing it among the participants of the meeting of the OSCE Foreign Ministers to be held on December 1-2 in Athens.

Azerbaijani MFA Press Secretary Elkhan Polukhov made regular attempts to introduce negatively the Karabakh party, stating this time about Armenians’ destruction of the Azerbaijani cemeteries.
