On September 6, President of the Republic of Artsakh Arayik Harutyunyan met in Yerevan with Russian Co-Chair of the OSCE Minsk Group Igor Khovayev.
Тhe head of state wished success to the Russian Co-Chair at his new post, emphasizing that Artsakh remains committed to continuing the negotiation process within the OSCE Minsk Group format.
Various issues related to the Azerbaijani-Karabagh conflict were discussed during the meeting. In particular, the importance of the Co-Chairs' upcoming visit to the region was stressed. President Harutyunyan highly appreciated the Russian peacekeeping mission for ensuring peace and stability in the region.
Artsakh Republic foreign minister David Babayan and other officials partook in the meeting.
