Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Artsakh David Babayan has sent a letter of condolences to the family of Permanent Representative of the Republic of Artsakh to the Middle East Karo Kebabjian in connection with his passing away. The letter, in particular, reads:
“I have learned with deep grief and sorrow about the untimely death of Permanent Representative of Artsakh in the Middle East Karo Kebabjian.
Mr. Kebabjian was an individual who had represented Artsakh with dignity for 22 years has passed away; an individual who spared no effort and energy cementing the Artsakh-Armenia-Diaspora trinity, consolidating the potential of the Armenians worldwide, preserving the Armenian national identity, strengthening and making prosperous the two Armenian republics.
His contribution to the patriotic upbringing of the younger generation is also great.
He will remain in our memory as an experienced diplomat, a vigorous, initiative and noble individual who fully dedicated his life to the Motherland and his native people.
On behalf of the staff of the Foreign Ministry of Artsakh and myself personally, I extend my deepest condolences to Mr. Kebabjian's family members and relatives. May God rest his soul in peace and give you strength and vigor to alleviate the pain of the loss”.
