On November 18, 2013, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Nagorno-Karabakh Republic (NKR) Karen Mirzoyan received ICRC՝s head of operations for Eastern Europe and Central Asia Laurent Corbaz, who had arrived in the NKR.

At the meeting, the parties discussed a number of issues related to the programs implemented in the NKR by the ICRC.

They stressed the importance of maintaining and further enhancing the level of cooperation established between the NKR authorities and the ICRC.

Head of the ICRC Mission in Nagorno Karabakh Nicolas Fleury was also present at the meeting.
