On October 7, 2013, a solemn ceremony of oath taking by young diplomats took place at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Nagorno-Karabakh Republic, in which the applicants, who had passed the MFA external competition in June, 2013, participated.

According to the NKR law "On Diplomatic Service", by order of the NKR Minister of Foreign Affairs, the applicants who had successfully completed the probation period prescribed by law, were awarded the first diplomatic rank of attache and received the MFA ID-s.
